Mrs. Kathie Simpson is the Program Director of the SARPH program. Ms. Simpson became the director in 2003, when the program reached critical mass and required the services of a paid director to handle the day to day operations of the organization. Kathie is an experienced behavioral health nurse with a wealth of experience in the  chemical dependency field. Additionally, her behavioral health expertise is invaluable in working with clients suffering from dual diagnoses, including diseases such as depression, manic depressive illness, and others.
